Shez Cafe & Art Gallery — Restaurant in Lusaka Province

Well, I’ve just left there. I walked in, all nice. I went out into the garden, unfortunately all tables in the shade were taken. My waitron assured me a table would be free shortly, so I went inside for a drink while I waited. Oh, and waited, and waited, and waited, and watched other people arrive and take tables outside. Hmmm! maybe they booked, so I waited, and waited, and waited. The drinks didn’t mask my hunger, in the end i was forced to leave, and look elsewhere. I’ve been to Shez numerous times before, and always had excellent service, food and drinks. The bar staff even learnt to make a pretty mean Moscow mule with our help. I went on Thursday, just in time to listen to the Jazz interaction with Nathan Nyirenda, who beautifully sang jazzy versions of various songs. I was pleasantly surprised to find hot cocktails! I ordered a Spiked Caramel Hot Chocolate which came with cute mini marshmallows. I browsed through the food menu and eventually settled on the Goat Soup, which was served in a thermos. Apologies for the late review,I recently went out for ribs and the memory of the exquisite delicious ribs I tasted at this cafe in March came back to mind.I immediately remembered I needed to write a review.I love the art,the food,the calm environment.This is a place that is hidden away but its one of the best places to eat (I rarely give such high compliments).The only disadvantage is at the time I visited the road was bad .Please fix it.It hinders accessibility 😪.I'm definitely visiting this...
