Wonderful selection of finest imported cheeses that you can find anywhere in Zimbabwe. Stumbled upon Sue's at Maasdorp Market when I was looking for a cheesemonger, having grown disenchanted by the quality of locally available cheeses. Once you have tasted good Dutch, French, and Swiss cheeses, you never really want anything else.

The Dutch Goudas are especially good, and available at different ages from the mild young cheese to the very mature Old Amsterdam which has naturally formed salt crystals. The Leiden special, with cumin seeds, is also a good novelty cheese for the uninitiated. The only cheeses I have missed at Sue's are overjarig Gouda and Jarlsberg. I have also become a regular purchaser of Comté at Sue's when available. It is also of generally excellent quality. I recommend the shop. The staff are lovely and really accommodating of your curiosity of the different cheeses on offer. They make a mean...
