Ksamil Beach 7 — Attraction in Bashkia Sarandë

I wish I could share an entirely positive experience of Ksamil 7 beach, but unfortunately, the appalling behavior of a particular staff member ruined an otherwise idyllic day. The natural beauty of the location could not outweigh the atrocious service.

The gentleman responsible for bed rentals displayed an unacceptable level of disrespect and aggression. His attitude was not only unsavory but utterly tarnished the tranquility that one would expect from a beach holiday. His use of insulting language towards us, and to other beachgoers, created a hostile atmosphere that was completely at odds with the serene surroundings.

While the beach itself was a stunning spectacle, the experience was marred by this individual's inappropriate behavior. Despite the allure of Ksamil 7, I am left with no choice but to discourage others from visiting, unless they wish to be subjected to such ill-mannered conduct.

I sincerely hope that this review encourages the management to address this issue promptly and ensures that future visitors do not have their day sullied as ours was. The beach's undeniable charm deserves to be complemented by equally pleasant customer service. Until then, I'm afraid my rating reflects the significant negative impact this individual had on our...

We came to this beach on 1st september (although just outside European summer its still albanian summer holidays until 2nd week of september - so still quite busy). So much like everywhere its crowded. There is a free public section next to this beach but it was insanely busy!

The beach itself is lovely, its very small shells not sand but so small its still comfortable to walk on. The sea is beautiful and clear and calm.. much like everywhere.

However, we wouldn't go back and here's why - they charged us 4000 Lek (approximately 41 euros) for 2 sunbeds (which you have to pay as its private) - which is WAY WAY more than any other beach. We did notice they were charging the locals about 2000 Lek - which I do understand (I accept they should get a reduced price). But I honestly dont think the price matches what you get - as you can have a similar experience at other beaches for less.

SAY NO TO DISCRIMINATION!!!

Here on this beach we have encountered the greatest kind of discrimination based on national, ethnic and religious affiliation.

We were on vacation on summer time in 2021. Although most of the sunbeds were free (they were not booked and there were no towels on them), we were not allowed to use them. The staff told us that we could not use the sunbeds, nor book for another day, because we are not Albanians, and we were not Muslims.

They issued them only to Albanians. That is why when Albanian tourists came, the staff arrogantly told us to get up from the sunbeds to give them, even though we were the first to come and want to pay, and the sunbeds were not reserved.

I think that the government of Albania should make sure that this does not happen to foreign tourists, and prevent such discrimination against foreign...
