Varese Beach — Attraction in Mar del Plata

This is a nice Beach located south of the Torreón del Monje, and north to Cabo Corrientes point. The beach is confined between two stone walls and so the surf is smooth, soft and you can enjoy a sunny day. Fuimos en semana santa 2025, tiene varias casillas de guarda vida, muy atentos. La playa súper limpia, parece tener una escuelita de surf, nos hospedamos frente a la playa vía airbnb, unas vistas inmejorables, sobre todo porque "la olla" que rodea toda la playa, parece una gran tribuna que invita a elegir un lugar y tomar unos mates, lleno de bancos, la rambla, mucho verde, y las palmeras hacen que Playa Varese sea especial... Adoramos Mar del Plata, pero Varese hizo que está vuelta sea diferente, gente paseando, entrenando, mascotas felices, un ruido de tráfico relativamente bajo, además estar cerca del Paseo Comercial Aldrey, la Torre Tanque, el Casino... Notamos la falta de comercios sobre la avenida que bordea la playa, lo que hace que toda la zona sea "más tranquila", no sé si esto sea...
