Chatime Mawson Lakes — Attraction in Adelaide

Good place for school going kids. We are one of the regular customer. But last two times the service was really worst. Not good enough. Staffs are carrying rude face all the time. Especially girls. Look I'm also working in servo past 8 years facing more than 200 customers per day. Smiling is one of our priority job. You don't need to train for that. It should have automatically comes from inside. Last time my daughter ordered the same drink that she ordered always but it wasn't good. Ice came outside the drink and my daughter literally cried when she came and look at the drink . And we bought other one. Sometimes mistakes happen, I completely understood but not all the times, today also same . And straightaway my daughter went inside and ask one of the girl staff but she looked at my daughter bit rude it seems and starts convincing. And later my daughter ask extra cookies and ready to pay extra. ( Note here we will not charge extra in servo for anything that customer add) but here they charge exta that's fine. But showing rude face literally immature. First of all they made disgusting drink and second they charge and also not ready to serve again. Poor...

I really love the drinks here. They taste amazing and are made quite quickly (considering how busy you usually are!)

One downside about this location is the staff. I have found a few of the girls here to be quite rude. One time, I was even ignored when standing at the counter for 6-7 minutes waiting to be served.. I had to go and use the self-serve machine because it was so awkward. If I hadn’t driven all the way just for Chatime.. I wouldn’t have bothered spending my money there that day. This hasn’t been the only time I’ve felt uncomfortable ordering here either.

Due to that experience I now just use the app to order directly so there’s no talking involved. Seems as though that’s their preferred ordering method.

Store is always clean. Drinks are always made fresh to order. My orders have always been correct. 10/10 for product. Management just need to spend some time developing staff or moving on the staff with...

Ordered through Uber eats. Ordered 4 drinks. 2 of them were suppose to be milk teas with(Assam and Earl grey) Aloe vera and no sugar. The other 2 we strawberry black tea. Order came quick (gold service Uber) however we were missing 1 of the strawberry black tea. 1 of the aloe vera came with sugar and jellys instead of Aloe vera even when I mentioned 'no sugar' due to dietary requirements.

So I ended up paying for drinks but in the end, only 2 got consumed... Really disappointed.

We tried to make contact with them but after 10 calls from my phone and 7ish from my partner, no one answered the phone to fix our issue.

Definitely disagree with my friend who recommended me this place. Could a be a good place in person when you can check your order Infront of them bu horrible...
