Spacious and entertaining - fun and relaxing for all ages, human and fur-kind alike.

So much to do here, really. Good parking, good access with good facilities in the park or nearby.

Play equipment of many types including a flying fox. Many swings. There is a half netball / basketball court with with ring each. Some equipment is for little tackers and some is for older kids. There is even a free outdoor gym with bars and hydraulic weights. Lots of grass for frisbees, soccer, kick to kick. Gravel paths for strolling about.

It is beside the river where you can often see birds - waterhens, coots, ducks - and sometimes rowers and waterskiers.

There are heaps of bench seats, acres of grass for picnics, and there are also several free bbqs (stainless hotplates).

Toilets 🚻 yes. Lots of bins for rubbish and for recycling, as well as one for doggy do-dos.

Many types of trees.

Nearby there is a milk bar and near that is a phone booth.

I was here in August on a Tuesday, not many folk here. In better climes and better times, it...

This is a fantastic park and has to one of the best in the area. There is heaps to do for kids of all ages; from the flying fox, swings and multiple climbing frames it's a great place where kids can run from one thing to another.

It is also situated on a beautiful spot on the Barwon river. Lots of room to run around, explore or venture down the walking tracks. A must visit if you're in the area and need to unwind with...

BIRD watchers of the " feathered " kind 🐦 will be really excited to know that shy little Chestnut Rumped Heathwrens are quietly living within the heathland in the Barwon Valley Park area, opposite the Tasman Holiday Park. Hard to photograph them, but if you wait patiently, they come out of the Bullrushes to catch small insects and...

A lovely place to share a wide variety of activities suitable for each member of the family. Walk, run or ride around the troop loop, enjoy the challenging 18 "hole" Frisbee golf course, fish, canoe or row. A leisurely walk will take 50-60 mins.

Newly renovated. Large open park. Great clean park. Close to the water edge. Across the road from the holiday parks. Not much shade, bring a hat. Bbq and picnic areas.
