Café was moderately busy when we entered. We were told it would be about a 15min wait for coffee, food longer. That would have been OK except for the fact that my long black did not even taste like coffee. I went in to ask & pay for another shot only to find a sign on the counter saying, "15min break while we catch up on orders". Seriously?! Plenty of staff on board that orders should have been pumping out & not that busy. We each had a BLAT which tasted ok but was small & on plain sandwich bread, a bit average in this day & age when there is so much better bread to utilise. Staff were not rude, just inefficient & obviously do not know how to make coffee. Definitely wouldn't go back or recommend.
