Berrima Market Place Park — Attraction in Berrima

I was coming from Canyonleigh and enroute to Sydney stopped at Berrima for a small park. This park is very close to the river and bridge and is an ideal stop for a quick stopover. May bikers also stop at this location to grab a cup of coffee and appreciate the surroundings. It has got clean public toilets as well and the park has plenty of open spaces for you to relax or have a day out. There is a flying fox for the kids and will keep them entertained. I did not see any big kids hogging the flying fox so your kids will get plenty of turns. There is also a historic Boule's Court in the park which was one of the first courthouses and is still maintained as it was during those days. There are some seats as well and...

Lots of fun for little kids. Good climbing equipment, 2 sets of swings, and a flying fox. A big tree to climb and play under as well. Good for picnics. Bring a picnic blanket if you want to sit near the play equipment (minimal bench seating available in the vicinity). Water bottle filling station and bubbler to drink from. Berrima is a lovely place to visit with cute little boutique stores and you can even get a nice bite to eat! There are heaps of heritage building such as different homesteads and even a old court house (there is a fee to get in there)
