A rigid, inflexible, money grabbing organisation which is more interested in getting cash paying international students through the gates than providing high quality education services.
Save your money and go to a university where students can't pay a sum to waive entry requirements. I have finished my degree, and would not recommend anybody to go to this place.
How they managed to get their "Accelerated Programs" across the line is baffling to me, completing 4 core subjects, completely unrelated to your field just enables them to shorten the duration, pump more students through and make more money.
I have had nothing but issues with attempting (for 6 years) to complete my final 2 subjects through this place because I moved interstate to pursue a study related career. It's 2020 - perhaps it's time to make some accommodation for distance learning.
My latest debacle - I am due to graduate this month - Receiving an email on 31 January stating that I had a sanction placed on me for an outstanding $197, which I paid. The cut off date to satisfy all graduation requirements was 31 January (same date i received a threatening email to pay 'immediately' for an amount which Bond only just figured out I owed, on even date (not a reasonable demand under any interpretation).
I received another email, the day after I've paid (even having received confirmation by Bond that they received the payment) stating that I would not be graduating because I had an financial sanction placed on me despite the fact that my payment was confirmed. Far out... this is just one example.
Another issue being that I was told, due to a lapse in studies (6 years, not through lack of trying) that I would need to complete an additional 5 subjects (~$20k - bond loves cash) - they asserted this was due to me not 'formally deferring', I did formally defer but was told that the burden of proof lay with me because they had no record of it, them having no record is totally consistent with the level of business skills they've demonstrated to me over the last near decade. I had to fight this tooth and nail, alas, I only had to complete my remaining two, it's clear then that they were able to let me complete my degree, but had another crack to see if they could get some more cash.
This place is an absolute joke, if any other company provided this level of service, save for banks and tele-cos, they would surely fall over. Dealing with this pathetic institution's bureaucratic administrative army has truly been more stressful than completing a bachelors. Steer clear and go to a reputable organisation, your degree will be worth more, both to you and the people...

Read moreI am very disappointed with my experience with Bond University. I was enrolled in the Master of Property Valuation and Development. I currently live in Sydney and was enrolled to do the course 100% online.
This upcoming semester I got in early with the coursework, watched all the lectures and seminars of the first few weeks. I received an email marking me with a "non attendance'. I emailed the teacher advising that I work 70 hours per week and live in Sydney, his response was "we recommend that you attend the classes in person". This shocked me because at Bond you are paying a premium price and I would have thought that they would have a support system in place for online students.
I did my Bachelor with Deakin University (online) and they were amazing with the experience, they have a forum so people can communicate with the teachers.
I have now enrolled with another university and they have shown the full support of students online with their work/study balance structure which a Post Graduate Degree should entail.
Bond is a very nice looking university that is expensive and I am sure the experience on campus is very good. However, as the world is changing to online, I highly recommend prospective students look elsewhere if they wish to...
