Can't not forget the Chef Sheison as he is the star of the show! Got to meet him after we sent our thanks to the kitchen and no wonder the food was so good! He has a heart of gold, such a privilege to meet such an articulate man!

I’m a student in Bond uni, always come to eat brunch with my friends, classmates. The food here are good and service always sweet as well. But today it was a really awful experience for me and my partner, we ordered food dine in(two dishes and tow drinks), when my partner paid(scan code order) the internet may had some issues, the signal and the internet speed so slow, his payment page showed: order cannot processing, plz order again. So he just clicked confirm and reordered it again, but we have no idea y the order was sending 2 times to them. Had two friendly guys who are work in front they are so patience to help us solve this problem and said after we finished meal just go to counter and they gonna give us refund. So after finished our brunch, we went to the counter and told the woman about this issue, she said just can gave us refund for one Acai bowl and two drinks, the other meal they already made it so cannot give us refund, she said actually drinks cannot give us refund but it’s fine, just drinks. Her face was like just want us to get the refund and go as fast as possible, although she was saying thank you, thank you but based on interrupting my speaking. And said IT IS OUR FAULT, CUZ THIS ISSUE NORMALLY DOES NOT HAPPENED. My partner said if one of the food already made, just gave us to take away, she was surprised and then said let her check the food still there or not, and she went to the kitchen and came back said: ok I will give all the refund to u. But I need to thanks about the other staffs which helped us by GOOD SERVICE ATTITUDE AND SPEAKING WITH US WITHOUT INTERRUPTING MY SPEAKING...
