Krish Indian Cuisine Varsity Lakes — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Ordered from here previously on Ubereats with no issues. However tonight it wasn't on the app. We rang at 5.40pm and ordered a delivery to Mermaid Waters and were told it would be 40 minutes. At 6.50pm it still hadn't arrived, we phoned and were told it wouldn't be long. 7.15pm we rang again and were brushed off with it won't be long amd they would ring the driver. The food arrived at 7.20pm with the delivery driver demanding $15 delivery fee. We were NOT informed about this at all. We rang the restaurant and they stated we had to pay something. We refused to pay as we were not informed about this and the food arrived freezing cold 1 hour and 40mins after we ordered. We had no apology for the service we received. Customer service needs...

Have been to Krish Robina many times and the food has always been top notch. The Krish Varsity Lakes restaurant has recently reopened so we decided to give it a try. We chose our usual favourites and we're surprised at how different they were to those at Robina. And they were exceptionally good. Nice to see that Krish allow their chefs to use their unique skills and techniques, rather than follow a predictable franchise recepe. Earlier this evening, I ordered through Krish Indian’s website. Somehow I got redirected to Menulog, and this resulted in my food taking quite some time to get to me due to the delay at the busyness of the restaurant and the delivery driver from Menulog taking so long. I posted a review on Google explaining my difficulties, and within an hour and a half Shrey had kindly contacted me to explain and rectify the situation and offer a full refund.
