ABI Interiors Showroom — Attraction in Melbourne

We spent a significant amount of money with this company in the thousands , purchasing a heated towel rack, an outdoor shower, an indoor shower head, and a bathroom set. Shockingly, around 80% of the items either arrived with missing parts or simply didn’t work. When I approached the company to address even more faulty products, the manager responded with a long-winded email that was nothing more than an attempt to gaslight me and deflect responsibility.

I didn’t bother wasting more time responding—your lack of accountability speaks volumes. As a result, you’re receiving this well-deserved negative review.

I would strongly advise others to stay far away from this company. The products are cheap, low-quality junk likely mass-produced in China with no quality control. And the customer service? Dismissive, defensive, and utterly unprofessional.

Save your money. There are better, more reputable suppliers out there. This company is absolutely not...

Quality very hit and miss. We recently completed our new build where a lot of the tapware, toilets and sinks were supplied by ABI Interiors. Some of the product quality (potentially due to poor design?) are terrible. The Milani Swivel Hob Mixer Set are non-sensical – can’t get hot water unless it is turned all the way, which means the water is on full blast. The Asher Toilets (we have 5 of them!) – the half flush does not work efficiently leaves residue toilet paper; with the wall hung ones, it’s even worse, have to flush multiple times to ensure the pan is emptied! I had the most pleasant, professional and thorough zoom meeting with Carmen where she helped pick out everything for a new bathroom, ensuite, laundry and kitchen. Her style and design options were elevated and considered my family and other design elements. I’d say there is really no need to go out of your way to get to a showroom. The sample pack I received was so lovely; Beautifully presented, the samples were great quality and even came with the signiture ABI scent to really take me on a journey while setting up my mood board.
