RUDE & OFFENSIVE!

Dropped in to order a take away and explain that my last order from them was incomplete and was missing a soup. I produced a receipt with the date showing less than a fortnight ago. I asked not for a refund but if this soup could be added to my new order. The woman implied that I was lying by telling me that I was making up the story to get a free soup and said I was dishonest, refusing to add a soup that I had already paid for. I told her that I had incorrect orders before but never followed them up, this was the first because I had kept the receipt. So basically if they make an error you pay for it - you lose and they win. Staff need to be given some training on how to deal with conflict resolution. Ordered pick up tonight and when we got home the order was incorrect - beef pad Thai, not chicken as I had ordered. Rang to advise and they asked me to come back, which I advised I was unable too and asked how they were going to rectify the issue. Advised they couldn’t. OK THEN!! I was quite skeptical after reading the reviews and my own experience with the previous owner. BUT I loved dinner tonight! It was very good. I’m half Thai and I would say this is pretty authentic and good quality. It was nice to walk in for takeaway, greeted by a lovely lady and see the staff happy, smiling and laughing! What a great environment.
