Frankie and Swiss — Attraction in Melbourne

I am getting married in May this year and ordered a Belgian/Cotton Linen wall hanging for our ceremony welcome sign. Ever since the first contact I made with Clare from Frankie & Swiss, everything was perfect from the response time to the information provided. I’ve have had the worst experience from the aggressive initial contact (being super weird about not giving a contact number to discuss a customised potential order) now not getting the test prints I paid for. I’m disappointed. I placed my order on 4 June and heard nothing back. I had to send them an email asking them if they received my email and they said yes, then they resent another invoice.
