Nice Guys Brewery and Bar — Restaurant in Melbourne

We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience tonight at Nice Guys Brewery and Bar. Despite being happy to serve us whatever we wanted initially, they could not be happier to get rid of all paying customers from the venue. None of us felt welcome. It was a disgrace.

UPDATE: Thanks for the reply. Providing early notice is indeed a great policy but something must have broken down with it on Saturday night. The group next to us were also incredulous that they were being moved on just as you'd served them a fresh round of cocktails. If you're going to serve drinks near closing time I'd recommend allowing patrons enough time to actually consume them - otherwise it does leave people with the impression that you were just happy to take the money.

It was early when we were in so a little quiet. Loved the fit out but didn't quiet have the vibe being so quiet in there.

I would have loved a little more info on the beers to help me know what was on all the taps etc. I'm not very familiar with your company so wasn't sure if they were brewed by you etc.

Great bar with excellent service, atmosphere, decor, and even more excellent beers. If it's on tap when you're in, you can't go past the Kolsche or the NEIPA, and I say this as someone who isn't normally a big chaser of IPAs.
