Honestly very disappointing with the tiny tub of consumme. We came there first time with my bf for birria tacos yesterday after seeing the tiktok, and craving it for months, they opened at 4pm but said there was an over hour wait for the thai milk tea to be done so we couldn’t get the trio fiesta set which cost $29 per set, we were gonna get 3 sets but since they didn’t have milk tea we opted to buy it individually instead (3 rendang/3 tulang/3 originals) costing us $80 in total $8.90 each, so i expected each individual tacos to come with each tiny consumme tub specially for the price of $8.90 each, but they gave 3 consumme tubs and they’re tinyyyy, understandable if i order the trio set and it came with milk tea and one tiny consumme tub i would have thought ā€œoh okay its probably how they do their setā€ so my question is, what if i buy just one taco? That means i dont get any consumme? It tastes really good, but obviously the dipping in the consumme part is the best! Anyways, one star for being stingy with consumme...

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review so fast. I just came here not even 30 minutes ago and took the food home with my friend. We both got the trio taco’s with tea and when I tell you we both agree we’ve never had better taco’s in our life. We have been searching for something this flavourful for a very long time and the fact that its halal made it even better. The taco’s dipped in the consomme was an absolute power couple, washed down with the milky tea finished it off beautifully. Everything was almost like we’d reached Jannah. The service as well was absolutely amazing, the brothers there were extremely lovely. 10/10 definitely recommend!! (Can’t add photos as we’re both in a food coma and scoffed it all down, not a...

I had been CRAVING birria tacos for days and found Halal Fusion on my drive home, nestled in between a few other great looking food trucks. Actually now looking at their instagram I was clearly ..distracted when checking out the menu. Like birria ramen??? What !!! If I had of seen, I would have tried. But back to what I did try, which was what was recommended, the trio of signature tacos and a Thai milk tea. Tbh I couldn’t tell the difference between the birria and tulang and I’d hoped that the tacos were slightly crispier (or burnt?) but otherwise they were bursting with flavour and safe to say my cravings were satisfied. The tea was too sweet for my liking but not for my...

This place was next level! The tacos were full of flavour and they were really generous with how much meat and cheese they put! Loved the flavour of their consume too! Also just tried out their new Satay chicken tacos and they served it to me with a peanut sauce and I definitely recommend that if coming here! Also you need to get their Thai milk tea drink it’s easily one of the best in Melbourne and home made by them! Service and staff are great and there is a lot of seating in their food truck area! Can’t wait to go back
