You know your experience is going to be a bad one when old mate Johnno is punching a dart out the front saying that he’s been waiting for his order for 20 minutes. I placed a pick up order on the app and when I arrived there were 15 people ready to throw hands with the manager. The counter looked like a breeding ground for rats, it was filthy and there was 6 Daintree rainforests worth of receipts.
My esteemed friend who is an ex KFC manager/grease veteran was running the show and having a cheeky geeze at the ms dos order screen and was letting everyone know when their order would be ready and our order wasn’t even on the screen.
Whilst the chaos was unfolding we witnessed a worker who wasn’t on break sweeping the store and cleaning the tables stop for a cheeky phone call and then return to the counter without washing his hands and then serving a customer.
We then waited another 10 minutes and a worker literally walked through front counter not in uniform licking a McDonald’s soft serve cone which inflicted further insult to waiting customers who had been there for about 40 minutes at that point.
After a not so finger lickin’ good 40 minutes of waiting, we finally received our order and they forgot our 3x chips, coleslaw, dipping sauces and popcorn chicken. Luckily my ex KFC head boy stepped in to take action and let them know this is not acceptable. He was so brave I nearly shed a tear, he showed more vigour and passion then the working staff did, without even being paid.
You can’t script this stuff, it was a truly awful experience. 10/10 do not recommend and colonel Sanders would be extremely disappointed.
PS: I demand you bring back the crushers, my life is not the same...

In More details: -The service firstly was unprofessional and she kept cutting us off as we were speaking to her to order.
-The wait for the food was absolutely shocking, I understand when stores are busy but when there’s only one worker at the front counter and the others are in the back not even helping the worker at the front is ridiculous since there was so many people piling up to wait for there order was insane and they also where serving the people in drive through first other than the 7 people waiting in which was ridiculous. Waiting for our order for nearly 30 and kept prioritising the drive through orders and used most staff for that was really ridiculous.
-The staff looked lazy, unprofessional, no one was even handling packing orders, one of the staff went to the back to only pack gravy while the store was full of customers waiting there for nearly an hour that’s such poor work ethic and also ignoring customers as well.
-By the time we got our order the chicken was over cooked, the chips were soggy, the coleslaw was absolutely shocking it looked like it was out of date and after we left my whole got sick from the food.
-Lastly the store was dirty and not cleaned at all. Really disappointing and was really looking forward to getting some KFC but really it was the worst $53 I’ve spent.

Read more8,30pm mon night no other customers around... ordered 2 x 5 tenders and large chips. firstly there was no eftpos and were taking cash only... ?surely in this day and age they fix this at this store once and for all). then, they said.. it will be 10 min wait.. so i drive up and they ask me to park at front of the store. 10 mins go by.. nothing, 15mins go by and my kids getting restless in the car so i go inside the store. there had been no other customers around all that time... they ask me what i would like.. i said i want my order which i have been waiting for over 15 mins and i want to talk to the manager.. they called out for "Abhi or Abbie". and one girl says, sorry we will cook it up for you now... another bloke comes around and says sorry "bro" getting it now.. i.e, they forgot about my order. Excuse that the manager is busy and cannot come out. while 5 people in kitchen cannot cook 10 tenders within 18 mins. There you go "bro" once again. i told him that im not his Bro and should learn to say Sir, as i leave i told them that the service is pathetic as they all laugh behind me as i leave the store. i get the meal and as we eat it in the car there was no napkins or wipes in the bag. This store is notorious for this and no customer service training or basics on how to talk to customers. they should close this down and replace with a grill'd! No apologies,...
