Terrible service but give the older waiter with the black watch a raise!

I'm not sure if we came in on an off day or something but all the brunette women that were working there need to spoken too. We arrive at around 7ish ask to be seated in a certain area, the waitress who's blonde or light brown asks her manager (I'm assuming) and the loudly the manager or women yells at her that we can't sit there. (Ok no problem). Then we are seated not one of the waitresses looks happy not one even asks us if we would like water to drink prior to our order. The only person that came to help us was this older gentleman he went above and beyond making sure we were looked after he bought water, he served so many customers asking everyone if they are enjoying there meal, and not just us but everyone in the place eating. We were slightly under dressed also and he treated us just like everyone else, meanwhile the other waitresses looked tierd and I can tell you non of them wanted to be there that night.

This is the big difference In terms of repeat business, the customer comes first he treated us splendidly so would be happy to come back and get serverd by him I even wanted to tip him 50 dollars but unfortunately we didn't have cash and he said we can pay at the counter but then I know it would have been split between all of them. When we went to pay the women behind the counter looked sad and miserable, what Evers going on keep it away from your customers, I gave the company a compliment and I said that the service from that gentleman was fantastic, she laughed and said he's not for everyone. Not everyone says that about him. I found that to be very rude! Considering.

I know all the girls are rather young but if you don't wanna work there find employment elsewhere, the older waiter is older and he's working twice as hard as everyone there, that takes dignity and he has my respect as far as his job is...

Dined at Postiano tonight for a work event and had the pleasure of being served by Wilson. The service is definitely 5 star, very attentive table service at well timed intervals. Wilson and his team are amazing! Top service. I will also mention the bar staff, great timing with bringing our drinks to keep our night flowing. We were able to sit, relax and talk without wondering where meals and drinks were.

The menu boasts a delicious selection of entrees, mains and desserts. Roughly priced between $9 - $60 inclusive of sides and steak. They also cater to vegetarians. Dessert and gelato are on offer and there was a selection of Chef's Specials to choose from. The meals are generous portions and we had to take home some of what our table could not finish. Delicious and fresh food! My tip would be to save room for dessert.

Large dining room and most tables were filled in our section as the night went on, but the service was not compromised. Meals came out together and timely, drinks served, table checked on. ✔️

Heaps of parking, great location and is relatively accessible. The disabled toilet is accessed through swinging doors to reach the main door. Keep that in mind.

I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere only based on the lighting, it was brighter however that does allow for the place to feel more lively.

Cannot fault the food and the table service however was disgusted by the treatment of the Manager on duty, Erica, at the end of the evening when we as a group of 8 went to pay the account, having been told on arrival the bill could be split at the end of the evening, to be confronted by an outburst in front of her staff and other patrons in the venue, bringing attention to us, that it was an impossibility for her to take the time to split the bill due to the desserts she needed to prepare and how time poor she was and we had no choice but to pay the $350 in full, regardless of what we had been told on arrival. Having been understanding of her work load, we were however not understanding of her gruff demanding tone and boisterous inconsideration not only towards us, her patrons, but also her staff, who were also taken aback. She is in hospitality in a managerial position and should have a disposition to suit that role or choose a different path. It was a disappointing end to a lovely night celebrating my daughters birthday. My daughter who ended up footing the bill due to no fault of her own, when we were the ones taking her out for a celebration. Could not fault the service from the rest of the staff during the evening though.
