I think this is a lesser known spot for tourists to come because most people go here for photos, enjoy the view and just chill. It is not far from Brighton beach house. Although it can get very windy because the best spot is top hill.

Great place to watch the sunset and visit even if it isn't to watch the sunset. There are a lot of people around so might not be the best place for photos at times. Must see lookout of the city as well!

A fantastic place to run/walk with the breeze from the ocean and melbourne's skyline in a distant. Loved that cycling path is separate from walking/running trail. There is a water point and a bbq spot.
