This is one of the nicest places I've stayed in a long time. The gentlemen who greeted me at the front desk were delightful. I was in a state of distress after experiencing a trauma, and they assured me that NO ONE would be getting in at night and that I was as safe as I could ever be. The room was well appointed with everything from a wonderful kitchen, including a dishwasher, an oven, microwave, cutlery, toaster, kettle and many other wonderful things that I was extremely impressed by. The lounge area was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the city, and a huge tv, with a comfy couch and the bedroom was amazing. The bed made me feel like I was a character in the '3 bears story', and I was sleeping in the best bed I've ever had. The were USB power points, as well as regular ones. The WiFi was perfect, and I felt like I was being treated to a truly wonderful experience. Thanks so much to the staff at The Quest hotel, who went above and beyond for me, especially as I was in such an upset state. If I could give ten stars, I would. Kindest regards to everyone at Quest, it was a calming and relaxing time for me, which is exactly what I needed that night, I wish I could have stayed longer, if not forever!
