Competent medical professionals but incompetent business administration. Entered a 915am appointment after 10am which is simply unacceptable, especially when accompanied by the typical platitudinous nonsense justifications about unexpected delays backgrounded by hearing loud receptionist conversations indicating over late appointments are habitual at this clinic. It's so habitual that it's necessary for the practice to have a section on their page about delays - in itself an indicator that the business lacks the necessary respect for customers that they would actually find a way to fix the problem
So how does an ultrasound clinic get 45 mins+ late after 1 business hour leading to frustrated and heavily inconvenienced customers? By: i. Overbooking to maximise revenue. Why else would you make 15 min appointments for procedures that apparently routinely take longer? ii. Not having adequate minimum staff on, presumably again to maximise profit. The website talks of 2 doctors scanning. Well evidently that's not enough to begin with as indicated by their own warnings on their website. In our case compounded by only having one on this day iii. By not following through on advertised policy to notify in advance of appointments that are effected by major delay. We were just left to wait in the reception area. Perhaps 45 mins at the start of the day is not considered a major delay to this business? So long as people pay their bills what does it matter right? iv. In short by not caring about the experience of the customer.
My recommendation, either make sure you've got several hours free around your appointment time or find somewhere that actually thinks appointments should...

He checked with his hand stock machine and then told me to wait and checked at the back. He came back and apologies that there are none. He asked if I would like a Rain Check. I asked him, why was it that at Box Hill branch, they wont give me a Rain Check. He was taken back surprise. He asked me to speak with the Manager and he confirmed that the Box Hill branch should have given me a Rain Check. I wish someone would look into it at Box Hill. Tooronga Coles is so different from Box Hill. The food are so fresh and the services are just fantastic. Keep it...
