This place looks genuine on the outside, but don't let that fool you!

What I saw at the back kitchen would give the hunchback of Notre Dame a run for his money.

I saw a male chef (referred to as Calvin by other staff members) pick his nose and wipe it on his clothes.

Calvin was eager to dig for gold and this made me sick to the stomach.

At this point, I had consumed some smoked salmon sushi for $14 and I almost puked knowing what I had put in my mouth. The lack of hygiene standards should be studied as the 8th wonder of the world.

Whoever is in charge of this place needs to raise their hiring standards and hygiene.

Food is not edible quality.

Rice and salmon burnt. Barely any flavour in the hand rolls. The rice had no seasoning. Even the vegetables in the vege roll were soggy and slimy.

It's like they've given up on Japanese cuisine entirely and making sushi for the sake of having a job.

Quite disappointed. Why bother staying open at all ? Who are these people giving this place 5 star...

The handrolls I purchased from here were disappointing. Both soft shell crab rolls were make to look like they were generously filled with crab meat as there was some poking out of the top of each roll, but sadly it was just for looks.
