Mildura Water Play Park — Attraction in Mildura

This is a truly wonderful park and an ideal rest stop on a long journey from Adelaide to Canberra. With plenty of seating available and well-maintained public restrooms, it offers both comfort and convenience for travellers.

In the summer months, it becomes an especially delightful spot, with a water play area perfect for children to cool off and enjoy. We’ve paused here for lunch on two separate occasions, and each visit has been a pleasant experience—a peaceful, family-friendly setting that makes the road trip feel just a little bit easier.

An amazing outdoor and free water play park. Great for younger children, with small waterfalls, water jets and wheels for kids to play with. I really like the initiative the city has taken to encourage families to get together and enjoy their time outside with places such as this one. It is quite asthetically pleasing, both during the day and at night, and offers a look over the nearby river. The man-made 'lake' (or swamp?) could use a little extra love and clean up.
