Leaving a 1 star review because this is the second time in a row my order has been messed up. Last time I ordered a Honey bbt, but received Honeydew instead... Today, I ordered 3 bubble teas and there was a big pool in the bag! The bag was dripping, all the straws were wet/soggy too.

Why don't you guys use cardboard cupholders like every other place instead of just chucking the bubble tea into paper bags? The paper seal on my Honey tea wasn't attached and the lid was off so it flooded everything in the bag... The cutting of corners here is becoming more and...

I’ve ordered two boba drinks; the special Thai milk tea and flaming brown sugar milk tea. As I’ve looked on the menulog app it showed both of the drinks got brown sugar boba and when I got both the drink there were not any bobas at all. So that meant I was charged with $8.7 each drink without bobas which was absolutely ridiculous. Also I have requested for less ice and they put so much ice in the drinks and they were so cold as if they had full amount of ice. 25% amount of sugar and tasted like 100%. Friendly and quick service, I ordered a matcha milk tea which i received really quickly so i praise the service. However taste wise it did not taste like matcha at all. I ordered a larger matcha milk tea with 25% sugar and less ice with pearls. Drink was still really sweet despite being 25% sugar, possibly because of the pearls coated in sugar.

However, flavour of the matcha tea itself needs work. The colour of the drink looks like honeydew not even close to matcha. All i can taste is the tapioca...
