Visited coffee Club Mirrabooka this morning. Nice coffee horrible ommlette! 2 men walk in not wearing masks. They were able to order with no question why they weren't wearing masks or if they had an exemption. Manager was extremely rude when I enquired what Coffee Club rules were! He immediately became angry saying they weren't the police and that it's not their job to question people! Ummm wrong! 🤔 Informed me there were security guards handing out masks! I have been coming to the coffee club (mirrabooka only) for the last year regularly. I have only ever had an issue once which was resolved quickly. The staff are amazing. I suffer PTSD and depression and one day during a bad depression spell I spilled my iced coffee ALL OVER the table and floor. The manager cleaned it up (while I was saying sorry) and got me another without hesitation. They treat you well there. I have never had an issue with the staff and every one is bright and cheery. I’d been meaning to visit this place for years after always walking past while shopping at Coles or Kmart. I finally got the chance to have breakfast here and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! The omelette was probably the best I've had anywhere, and the yoghurt and fruit bowl was fresh and tasty. The service was professional and quick, even though the café was full.
