Chatime Murdoch University — Attraction in Murdoch

I used to absolutely love this location and the drink were consistent and I knew what I was getting everytime. The staff here are usually awesome. I go here every monday and within the last month I have noticed the drinks have not been the greatest. I ask for half ice, and there's only a few cubes and its room temp and not the sweetness level that I ordered. The hot drinks are either Luke warm or burn ur entire mouth hot. CHATIME Murdoch has great staff and excellent service. I go for tea at least three times a week and I receive the best quality tea every single time. Despite being put under pressure and taking some bullying from some rude customer, the staff always are quick to smile and offer their best service. 10/10 would recommend!!! Thank you...
