DISGUSTING! I pre ordered the food, I came to collect it after 15 minutes. I waited extra 10-15 minutes to get my 2 burgers. I saw, guys not wearing head caps or gloves, the guy who was preparing my burger, he just pulled tomato with his bare hands and dropped on my burger. As I know, its a basic hygiene thing - to wear gloves and head caps. When I asked them about it, they said “oh its very hot so we don’t have any options”. How come its my problem thats its too hot in the kitchen. I don’t have to eat dirty food or someones hair, just because its hot in there. I said okay, you know what, just give me my order. When I came back, I saw they missed some items in my order I get back and there were few more guys working, I explained them what happened, and the guy responded. “How do you know that we didnt washed our hands!?” With a very sarcastic way. I tried to talk with him respectfully. Asked their names so I can report it, and the instructions would be provided for the right staff. He said “No I will not give you that, you always eating like that why you have a problem this time” and called the manager. I was shocked tbh never thought that Im eating dirty burger which costs 15-20$ each, but manager was super polite, he apologised and more importantly he understood that it was their fault. I gave back them their food, they said they are gonna refund, still waiting. If you wanna eat clean food, will not recommend you to go there, or If you really curious how their burger tastes be ready for diarrhea or food poisoning. Let me tell you it doesn’t worth it. I think every customer has a right to demand clean food and good service for his paid money.

DISGUSTING DISGUSTING AND ONE MORE TIME...

Ordered the Mushroom Burger and a Large Chips. Was a little disappointed with the chips as they weren’t as crispy as expected and instead were a bit soggy but the batter was tasty on them. The Mushroom Burger was quite dry (despite having already added on aioli to my order) and I would suggest adding on another sauce as it seems their sauce portions are rather small. The burger had a good amount of pickles but only a small leaf of lettuce and one tomato slice, so I would suggest adding extra veggies. I found the Mushroom Patty rather tasteless and I would not order it again. In terms of price, it was a little excessive as everything on the menu seemed to be expensive and I would much rather go to to Grill’d for a good burger at a good price. Really delicious chocolate...

Be warned before visiting this place: I asked for a burger, chips and drink to take away. The staff member taking my order was too preoccupied with their phone to bother taking my order correctly. I had to wait for them to finish whatever they were typing on their phone so they have some spare time to deal with a customer. When I started placing my order they quickly got distracted by their phone again while taking my order on the computer screen in front of them. I received my "meal" in open containers. I asked about my drink and they said I never asked for one. Several of my chips ended up on the floor because I did not have a takeaway container as they usually give. This is quite poor customer service. This is also not an isolated incident. I doubt they will...
