Fantastic experience. Possums start coming down about 30mins after the sunset. Very cute and friendly. Can be skittish if approached too fast. Only disappointment was the tourists there!, young children scarring them off by chasing them and trying to rip them off the trees to hold, feeding them junk food, shine flashlights in their faces and being very disrespectful to the local animals. If you just wait around once the tourists leave (about 1-2hours after) more seem to come out and be more at peace and you can sit along the river front with them.
