We had the austerity / degustation with paired wines. A fantastic experience; from the personalised greeting with canapes in the arrival lounge. Moving into the dedicated restaurant where the mood & decor set the night for an extraordinary experience. Each course was a delightful surprise - a taste-bud sensation as well as being beautifully presented! On first sight, I was a bit dubious about the wine pairing; but have to confess the staff certainly understand the relationship between the food they presented and the wines selected.
