If you want to check out the wildlife, this is the place to visit. It's free to the public. There is a walkway, you can see ducks, turtles etc.... This is great for kids, please make them aware of possible dangers. It seems a little spooky but it's worth a walk around. Just be careful of snakes, there maybe a few lurking around, just keep your distance of them & should be ok. Read moreThis was one of the best places I have visited over here. I did nearly walk past it. It is signposted but the boardwalk where I went in was very understated and nothing tells you what an amazing site you are going find when you get into the middle. The boardwalk zigzags through the swamp leading you to the most wonderful nature reserve where you will find a variety of birds and flowers. Even managed to see a duckbilled platypus.
