Bahlu Coffee & Acai Bar — Restaurant in Western Australia

a staff member served me and was extremely rude to me. I was very nice so i am unsure what her problem was against me. I had never been in this cafe before and I am from QLD so i don't know anyone in there. I walk inside the cafe, I said hi how are you and she said nothing to me looking straight at me up and down, then she walks out the back of the shop then comes as serves me without saying a word. I ordered a rice bowl from inside the cabinet and she looks very annoyed at me that i ordered that. She set up the POS machine for me to pay and i pay , she just walks away rolling her eyes at me as im paying and dosnt come back. I felt extremely confused like I had done something wrong, which I hadn’t, i was very kind. I do not recommend this place, they did not want me in there at all.

I was there at the start of August at around 1:30pm, I ordered the last karage chicken rice bowl in the cabinet which did not need any dressing. I also asked for a spoon to eat it with and the staff member mentioned just pointed and walked away, no smile, no hi , goodbye, no talking at all. No i would not like to come back to talk to anyone, that is why i left a comment, paying over $20 for a rice bowl with terrible customer service. I wanted to order a coffee as well, but the staff member walked away before i could asked for...

It's so refreshing to walk in the door to be greeted with all round smiles from every staff member. The girls here are all great, quick service, food has always been on point and the coffee is astounding. Only fault is I can't eat their food for dinner as they're not open, Fair enough... If one shop would make me move interstate, this is it. Melbourne has got alot to learn from a place like this.
