Pizza Hut Bunbury — Restaurant in Western Australia

Decided to try Pizza hut as it's fairly new to Bunbury. I asked the young girl what's the best deal, she said the $32.50 was, you get 2 pizzas, a side & a 1.25l drink. We chose 2 pizzas, a cheesy garlic bread & a coke Zero & went to pay cash & it was $43+ I questioned why & was told there was a $5+ surcharge because it was Sunday & because we had chosen the 2 pizzas we chose it was extra. When I questioned it a man came over got very defensive & said he was training her & he took over. I reassured her she was doing a good job. He then got over excited when he tried to show us the small print that no one can read. If a deal is $32.50 customers should be informed of extra charges & not be expected to pay more. Absolutely horrible service! Ordered online for 6:30pm pick up, went into ask where it was and got told 15 more minutes which was fine to wait, then went back in 15 minutes, and they said oh we couldn’t find it and when we asked well where is it the girl behind the counter said I don’t know, then her manager came over and said their online ordering system is playing up, then he said it hasn’t been started because we ordered online at 5:50 pm and that there was a 40-45 minute wait to make the pizza from when you order them (why give the early option to pickup then) absolutely will NOT be...

I love pizza hut pizzas but this pizza hut the food wasn't really that nice, only had thin crust that was like cardboard, the side menu is confusing as staff told me I can choose any 3 sides and pointed out the sides included and each time I chose one from the side's that I was shown I was then told it's not included in the deal, this happened to the 3 sides I was shown that was included.
