Old rail lines going to and from it to the old nearby wharf. Great walks around and great for bikes too! This place would be packed on weekends. When I visited this building it was closed as it's only used occasionally. What I find interesting is the building and you enter through a tunnel as part of blast-proof walls. There's a wheelchair ramp as well. I can't tell what's inside the building but the whole premise is just eerily stunning.
