I don't normally write reviews but this needed one. This was a bad experience for me. I travel a lot and have done many tours. Wouldn't recommend this company. We were visiting Sydney and booked a segway tour for Dec. 10, 2023. I received an email reminder about the tour the day before. We showed up one hour early at the meeting spot. We waited almost 2 hours. No one was there and the building was locked. I had my print out of the confirmation page of the tour and called the number but no answer. Did this several times. The park assistant called for us and also no answer. No prior communication from them about any cancellation. It was a no call no show on their part, and I will never book a tour with this...

Can’t sing the praises of Brad and his team more highly.

Not only did we need to postpone due to covid, twice, the team did everything they could to ensure we had the best and easiest space to work with - originally KFO nearest to public transport and then, drum roll, coming to us directly, reorganised, three days prior, thanks to crazy weather predictions.

The team was totally stoked! The fun we had! The screaming the laughter, we used our brains and we got active, everyone participated and felt supported and enjoyed themselves.

I would definitely use this team again. Nothing like it. Exactly what you dream a fun team offsite to be - engaging, cost effective, easy and fun. Thanks...

We are a non profit volunteer organization for our local school. We decided as a committee to hold a Gameshow based trivia night. I will say the whole night was amazing. Our MC Max engaged the crowd well and everyone had a blast. I can not recommend Max enough as without his presence on the night and his cheeky larakin attitude I don't think it would of been as successful. Max was also my main contact person and he came onsite to check our venue and all the technical behind the scenes to ensure my night was a roaring success. Cant wait to hold another night soon, especially the positive feedback from all ages attending. But will definitely be asking to have Max as...
