Booralee Park — Attraction in Sydney

The playground really needs proper maintenance and a reviewon safety. The surface is really rough some places and it may be soft rubber the top coat scratched my toddler's knees bright red. I'd ike to know who approved the baby swings with the supporting back and chain front and said it's safe for babies to use. Every time my 10 month old's in it and sits up she almost falls through under the chain. Totally unsafe! The baby playground has the same swing and no shade from ghe sun. Great park with ample space for everyone to enjoy whatever it is they are there to do. Kids payground is great and caters for little ones to slightly older kids. Great soft floor not bark. Toilets are close to the kids playground along with a single sprout water bubbler. Small car parking area outside the park to the left it does fill up so don't count on a spot especially if you go during busy times. Most people that haunt the park are locals so they all walk there. Big open tree lined park next to Botany Pool with 2 kids play areas, cricket pitches & nets, soccer & footy fields. Also has a war memorial that hosts an annual Anzac Day dawn service. Home to the Botany Rams junior rugby league club. This park has good grass cover on sandy soil so it has excellent drainage & rarely floods or holds any water.
