Ordered a taro milk tea with pearls, no ice, just now. Without asking what size I wanted, the female staff member confidently picked a large cup—apparently, she knows my drink preferences better than I do. Luckily, I spotted the large cup on her hand and on the order screen. So I corrected her that I wanted a regular size.
When the drink finally arrived, it had ice. I mentioned it, and her reply was, “It’s just some ice,” before she disappeared into the back room—problem solved, I guess. No apology, no fix, just a masterclass in how not to care.
The drink itself? As bland as the service.
The receipt had a feedback QR code, but the print was so faint it was unreadable— perhaps that’s intentional.

Our group trusted them and gives them big order in a list. But they always get something wrong. When I want 30%sugar and less ice, they gave me 0% sugar and no ice.
Next again I want 30% sugar and less ice again written clearly in a list. But they simply ignore it and gave me 100% sugar and full ice again.
