Second time here as I thought I'd give another chance but had just the same experience. Staff do not know much about time management and which drinks to distribute first to which customer(s). Someone had placed an ubereats order for 6+ drinks before me, whereas I had just ordered one. I spent over 18 minutes waiting for my drink. Wouldn't it have been much easier to make my drink first and then the other 6+? This just makes the customer wait an unnecessary time. The second time I came, I also ordered one drink for myself. I waited a total of 7 minutes for ONE drink. You might ask why it took so long? Firstly, my drink was just sitting there at the back while staff were focused on other things. After that, staff called number 28 first who ordered three drinks while I was number 27 and my drink was STILL SITTING THERE and the staff member clearly saw me waiting for my one drink. Honestly, pathetic service. (As you can see in the photo, my lonely drink was just sitting there...)

Decent drink with a very good wait time, especially for bubble teas. The price was $15 for 2 large fruit tea based drinks. Got a foamy milk green tea and a mango green tea. They weren't as good as expected , or just didn't suit my taste. The staff was quite helpful and did inform me that everything was 100% halal , الحمد لله .

Today Friday 20th September 24. This girl always stuffs my drink up an if u say anything she responds back rudely. I like my drink a certain way, she seems to think I can't have it how I like it.i like it sweet black tea with lychee juice no topping no ice, when the young man is there his the manger he makes it perfect. The girls either to sweet. Or not sweet enough. But the person who worked Friday morning 21st September around 10.30 in the morning should b spoken to as how to speak to a customer. I go there very frequently. Going to stop going there now. It's expensive enough without getting wot u enjoy..chullora gong...

A guy who works on Saturday 29/06/2024 around 12.30 pm i think his name Ayson or Jason cant see his name clearly, i dont know how he got the job but his customer sevice not even 0 i can give to him i wisn i can give him -30 not even single words come out from his mouth when he serve. I need to see the total of my purchase by myself. And i feel sorry for the lady after me he serve her with scream and rude. Gong cha chullora be better and do...
