We always come here for our groceries & florals, However the service for the flowers section has been such a let down.
We went over a week ago to make a bunch for our friend that had recently received bad news, we went in at 5pm with the knowledge of closing time at 7pm, we were not greeted or acknowledged, instead the young girl was taking away the arrangements we were looking at, as the ones that were on display looked dead and not appealing to us we wanted to make our own bunch, as everything was being taken away we were asking for certain styles and we given dry replies, we were asking for advice and assistance but felt like an absolute pain, after giving the roses we picked and asked for a certain greenery filler, we wanted a specific wrapping paper but were told we hadnāt spend enough so we added more for this paper, then we were given the bunch that didnāt have the greenery we wanted, however we left but felt unsatisfied
My sibling had then went a few days later and came home with the exact same service!! And we hadnāt even communicated our experience before this. He felt dismissed and like a bother whilst he was trying to arrange a whole rose arrangement.
We always had the best service here which kept us coming back, I highly recommend some training or encouragement when it comes to assisting customers as you never know who they are buying for & good service...

Next, five ladies behind the counter continuously slicing the best range of āsliced meatsā for the queue of customers. They stock the excellent Croatian butchery Ivanās .Kulin salami is to die for.
Hot bags of freshly baked bread rolls available on the table. There a specialist salted cod fridge - on the bone. Who does that?
Dried pasta range - shapes on offer impressive. Chuck steak (uncut) $10.50kg. Grisbi Italian biscuits - hard to find $4.99. Lemon flavour is the best.
Their pre-coated schnitzels are actually worth buying - they have a real herb and parmesan flavour. Italian mild fennel sausages, without chilli for the kids, are excellent.
Forget Curtis Stone at Coles. Forget Masterchef. Western Sydney knows how to do a fruit and veg shop and this is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreU guys were always our go to fruit shop. But after yesterday my misses aint too impressed. My wife purchased a pork belly for a roast. When she got it home to get dinner started she thought it smelled off. I confirmed it also smelt bad. It was a sale item sure. But expiry still said plenty of days left. When she wanted to exchange it through the manager they requested an additional 15c. Are u serious? Ur roast meat was off and hazardous to our health. It was a total waste of our time driving back and forth . And u want 15c. We spend hundreds in grima brothers weekly. Come on guys. U shoulda given the roast to her for free and given her money back. That would have been fair for the waste of time because u guys...
