My family of 3 visited the restaurant on Thursday 29th of August at around 12:30pm 30 mins after their openning time. We were the ONLY people there. The waitress greet us and offered for us to sit outisde as we had our 3 years toddler with us to play in the small play area they have provided for kids at that age. we walked out and the place was dirty full of dust, tree leaves and dirt. The table was dusty and dirty as basically was not cleaned in days. The play area was dusty and dirty as well. the waitress said " I will wipe and clean the table for you" and she gave us the menus to order. she left, few mins after she came back and asked if we were ready to order, we asked for more time. she left, few mins later she came back took our order and all sweet. mind you the table is still dirty and dusty. we told her again and she said oh i forgot. so it took some time to get the table wiped. we ordered and asked for table water. the food arrived. my 3 year old order was wrong and no table water provided. we went to the kitched, requested the right order and asked for table water again. the correct order came in and still no table water. the waitress came again to us asking if everything was okay, we said we just need table water? oh of course, i forgot, and finally got table water. few people came in. we looked inside there were people sitting on two tables. we did not see the waitress again, we had to go approach her to get my 3 years old daughter's dessert. the dessert was ice cream, sprinkles with caramel sauce. cheapest icecream from woolies, sauce was the same as well. few points to consider to Staff need more training Clean the outside area regularly Background music to add a vibe Add more Chicken (Protein) in your food especially if its an...

We've been here twice and both times the service and food have been outstanding.

Service-wise, staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu (and if they don't know something, they'll say so and offer to go find out from the chefs). Both times have received quick service.

Decor-wise, the restaurant has a nice feel and look to it. It's pleasant to dine in and the background music selection is good (not overpowering or anything).

Food-wise, geeze... Awesome portion sizes and every single dish we have ordered across both trips (including pasta, pizza, risoto, chicken dishes, entrees and desserts) have been cooked to perfection. Everything is seasoned really well, with nothing being overpowering (good example is the garlic bread - has just the right amount of garlic). Food is cooked perfectly, for example the chicken was tender and juicy, the pizza bases were not oily and the crusts were light and really tasty. I honestly can't express how impressed I've been with the food so far. Their pizzas beat anything I've tried so far from anywhere else, and their pasta dishes are likewise amazing. Everything just seems to be balanced really well.

Prices are probably towards the mid to higher range of what you'd expect, but for the quality of the food and the portion sizes, its totally worth it.

I'll definitely be returning again, and I am looking forward to when I do. On a side-note: I recommend the garlic bread for an entree, the carbonara for mains (I added chicken to it as well), and either the brownie or mousse for dessert. Their lemon lime and bitters is pretty...

I'm disgusted by the customer service we received here.

I brought my family in for my wife's birthday last Tuesday night, and we were ignored practically from the moment we walked into the restaurant. We were shown to a table, and then waited 40 minutes before somebody finally took our order. Ordered two kids meals, two entrees, two mains, and one drink. Kids meals came out pretty quick. Entrees (just garlic bread, nothing overly complicated) took 20 minutes longer, came out ten minutes apart, and one was burnt when it arrived. Never saw the drink - hostess hadn't even written it down. Another half hour later, we asked if we could get our mains to go - it turns out that the orders for the mains had never even been placed, so then we had to wait until they were cooked.

It was not late when we arrived, and it wasn't especially busy.

And we were not the only people to have such a poor experience. We saw other families come in and wait like we did. An elderly couple at the table behind us had ordered a pizza - ONE PIZZA - and sat at their table for over an hour, then ended up just cancelling the order and leaving.

And yet, we saw one particular gentleman come in on his own, his order was taken immediately, and he was served his food very quickly as well. So none of us knew what the hell was going on that night.

And we weren't even offered an apology on our way out. Certainly won't...
