Read moreLast Monday was the third time we visited this place. Bought the ticket online for 4-4.45 pm session. The queue was very long, at 4:30 a lot of us were still waiting outside. There were 2 lines, 1 for local, 1 for guests like us was long like 20 meter, line for local was nothing, they should have been flexible to open another line. Tickets were checked by 3 groups, even after gate there were still someone ask to check ticket which made it longer to get inside. We were being pushed by words by staff to move on like animals. After only 10-15mins walking through a very small area of the garden, we were asked to leave. There was a middle east guy (tall and quite dark skin, skinny) were telling some people to get out of 1 end of a small bridge and on the other end of the bridge there was a young asian girl started to walk on the bridge, he turned around and said "Off". Omg, he treated her like animal. Typical way treated asian girl like what he used to in his background. A lot of staff have very bad manners. We travelled 1 hour to get there and being treated like sheep. I wont go back there until all covid lift up, not selling ticket like this. Previously we went there during blossom festival and stayed there for half a day enjoying peace, this time was like a nightmare. Such a waste of money and time and being treated so badly by staff. 2 stars are for the blossom, staffing and...
