Sans Souci Leisure Centre — Attraction in Sydney

I have been going to this leisure centre for over 10 years, and I am very disappointed to see that some aspects about this place 10 years ago have either not improved or gotten worse. Cleanliness always seems to be an issue at this place. The floors throughout the cafe area, indoor pool and change rooms are constantly filthy. Same with the rest of the facilities, including the tables and general areas. The only time I remember the place being clean was when it was renovated 15-20 years ago! How is it that hard to maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness!

Opening hours have significantly decreased, from the leisure centre sometimes being open past 8pm, to now only being open until 7:30pm on weekdays and a pathetic 4pm on weekends. Many other leisure centres nearby are open past 8pm on weekdays and sometimes even weekends! Interestingly, other nearby leisure centres do not struggle with cleanliness, and are often cheaper, so I rarely go to Sans Souci leisure centre nowdays, and instead go to other nearby leisure/aquatic centres due to the overpriced disappointment Sans Souci leisure centre has become.

On the plus side, the main outdoor pool was retiled not too long ago, and is in decent shape. The same cannot be said about the indoor pool. There is mould in spots and missing tiles. The staff seem nice - makes me think the problems are coming from higher up.

Bluefit swimming at sans souci very bad customer service. The staff is so unproffessional the reception and manager very rude and don't know how to answer to customers. I had very bad experience and wpuld not reccommend at all. My son got sick just before his swwiming lesson with vomit and they did not cancel and give me an option to book a make up class for him as , you only can book make classes 2 hours before your class. When you get sick , sickness wouldn't ask you when it comes. Anyway we lost the class . Another thing I had make up class booked from holidays and he continues to be sick and not able to attend they cam not reschedule even though it is before as make up classes can not be rescheduled. Swimming is expensive and they just rip you off taking your money and not giving you am optionnfor rebooking. I cancel my membership as it ridicoulous to pay for nothing and getting the worse...

If I could give a zero star I would .... I went to the pools with my friends on a hot day and I was extremely disgusted. Firstly, I was barely welcomed into the pool by the lady (with the tattoos) at the front desk. When I arrived it was extremely busy yet she was talking to her friend while there was a line of customers waiting to pay their entry. When she did get around to serving us, she was so rude and acted as if we had interrupted her conversation. The pool was beyond disgusting with an overload of chlorine in the indoor pool not to mention it was unclear and honestly appalling. The outdoor pool was marginally better. The next day I woke up violently ill which was either a result of an uncleanliness of the place or from salmonella from the chicken schnitzel burger. I WOULD NOT...
