I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the exceptional service provided by Sarah, our event coordinator, for my son's christening. From start to finish, Sarah handled every detail with the utmost professionalism, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her recommendations for the venue room, food, and service were spot on, and everything exceeded our expectations. The venue room was absolutely perfect, and our guests were truly impressed. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Sarah's attention to detail and dedication to ensuring everything ran seamlessly truly made the event memorable for us and our guests. I can't thank her enough for her hard work and commitment to making our son's christening a truly special occasion. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional event coordinator. Thank you, Sarah, for making this day so wonderful and memorable!

I ordered the Angus beef burger (without beetroot), my brother ordered the fish of the day (barramundi), and my mum ordered Caesar salad The restaurant was quite busy so it took a bit of time for the food to come out The fish was nice but wasn't chilli as they claimed it would be. The portion of fish was very small, but nice The burger was basic and didn't have much in it, even if I kept the beetroot. It was filling but that may have been because I ate the chips first. The chips were thick and salted appropriately, I liked that they included tomato sauce on the side The Caesar salad was a bit salty but came in a really large portion and was overall good. The view is very nice too, right on the waterfront and the service was nice and prompt My brother would give this place a 4 and feels very strongly about it I however, as someone who doesn't like seafood and doesn't like eating meat by itself would like to give this place a 2.5 but I'll bump it up to a 3.

Great location to meet friends and family. Excellent service too. But it's still a club so it's club food but at premium prices. In hindsight I should have ordered the club staple, Lobster Mornay, which my sister ordered and said was delicious. Hubby got the "wagyu pot pie" special and I ordered the roast duck and red wine jus special. Having been to this club a few times in the past I had high expectations. However I was very disappointed. My duck was over cooked, under seasoned and tasted plastic, whilst the jus was more like gravox instant gravy. Hubby doubted the beef was wagyu though he said it tasted OK. The Coffee panacotta was bland, though hubby enjoyed his fresh cheesecake. Would I return? Yes, only because it's a convenient meeting place for us Wollongong folk catching up with Sydney relations and the views are fantastic. Next time I think I'll stick to the regular menu rather than the specials

I had a fantastic experience at the St. George Motor Boat Club! The steak nights were a highlight for me, especially with the delicious Greek salad and Caesar salad on the side. The little added touch of sticky date pudding for dessert was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. What made the evening even more enjoyable was the great company and loads of laughs shared with friends. The atmosphere at the club was warm and welcoming, and it was a wonderful place to unwind and have a memorable night out. I highly recommend the St. George Motor Boat Club for a delightful dining experience and a good time with friends.

My new favourite club! A full boating member with mooring licence now and my boat is in the marina. The marina staff couldn't be friendlier. They helped me out of a jam where we needed to arrive late at night and got me on a temporary birth and helped me out with it for 10 days at a great price. Naturally went into the club and signed up for full membership. There are moorings owned by this club all over the bay. Had a great meal for the first time there today and the view is awesome. Will be back again likely weekly for the foreseeable future. Your marina staff should be commended. Great people here.
