LleguĂ© a mi casa y efectivamente en mi MacBook pude ver que estaba en la galerĂ­a, pero empecĂ© a recibir mensajes en los cuales se acusaba de haber dejado mi iPhone y haberme robado el celular de la artista que imparte la clase ahĂ­. Muy angustiada al dĂ­a siguiente vuelvo a buscar mi telĂ©fono y no me lo querĂ­a entregar, que yo y mi amiga habĂ­amos sido las Ășnicas personas ajenas al espacio, asĂ­ que habĂ­amos sido nosotras. Como mi inglĂ©s no es perfecto, fui con otra amiga y al entrar mi amiga se dio cuenta que habĂ­a un telĂ©fono cargando en el escritorio y resulta, que era el telĂ©fono de la “artista”. No busco en ningĂșn lado su telĂ©fono, se le hizo muy fĂĄcil acusarnos. Yo fui con mi laptop para ayudarla y saber que habĂ­a pasado y no se dejaba hablar, solo insultaba y me acusaba de ladrona, que yo tenĂ­a que responder por su telĂ©fono.

I called TAP at 13:10 on Sunday 19th May ahead of visiting to confirm that they were open, also confirming that the art featured was for sale (as many of the artist run initiatives I have recently visited only sell art at periodic auctions). The woman who answered snapped at me with “Our name does state we’re a gallery, not an auction, right? If we were an auction, wouldn’t we have named the gallery TAP Art Auction?” She then proceeded to laugh at me and hung up the phone before I even had a chance to respond or explain my question. Needless to say, I will not be visiting any gallery that deems it appropriate to speak to another human being that way. Please proceed...

I had exhibitions at TAP gallery over the 30 years and TAP gallery , with the directions from Lesley Dimmick the funder ot the gallery. I had an amazing experiences and gave me so many opportunities to express my passion for my costumes designs creation and my visual artist media. I thank you TAP for the amazing support they do for the LGBTQA +Community and new artist. I highly recommend TAP to any artist or organisation to use ...

I booked a private life painting session here for my birthday with ten friends. We had an absolute blast, Lesley was really helpful and flexible. She gave us enough guidance without it being too serious and every single one of us left having had a wonderful evening.
