TERRIBLE made us cook for the homeless and when someone got one tiny thing wrong they yelled at us and told us to restart. They also didn’t feed us while they made us walk around Sydney so we could pick up clues. The hotel we stayed in had key cards that didn’t work, only stale food for breakfast, and a fire alarm that repeatedly went off throughout the night. The bathrooms had sticky floors and the hand dryers didn’t work. They also said if we were found in the hallways of the hotel we would get sent home. We had to go see the vivid light show but instead of watching it from where we were they made us go onto a ferry to the wrong side of Sydney. We had no freedom over what we ate or when we had it. All the food they chose for us was terrible. All the jobs that they give you while your at school are mainly just made up to make you feel good about yourself or so they directors have to...
Read moreThe camp was extremely fun and an amazing. Even though I live half an hour from Sydney, I learnt so many new things about the area. The camp is amazing for team building and learning new skills. Fun activities every day and the hostels that we stayed at were great. We learnt how to solve problems, go to places we haven’t been before and budget our money. Although the price seemed a bit high originally, when you experience what you do and what you eat it is definitely worth it! The groups choose where to eat as a team and then you can choose what you would like from your budget, so that is pretty good for dietary restrictions. Daniel was an amazing guide and helped with any issues he could. The urban challenge is an experience I think everyone should have and I probably wouldn’t change a thing about...
Read moreNo freedom of any sorts. Explained as a fun trip with friends in Sydney but it's nothing like it. Can't spend your own money or explore the city in any way, it felt like walking around Sydney with no clear objective for 3 days. We weren't allowed to shop or even going into stores just to check things out. Should be able to buy souvenirs and clothing in my opinion. The guide was nice and the hostel was too, and being in them with mates was fun but the actual "challenge" was boring and mostly we went hungry for hours at a time while boiling and walking around circular quay/other parts of Sydney. Also we got scammed in Chinatown. Kind of a waste of money, really unfortunate as myself and a lot of my friends were really...
