Such a shame, this place used to be good. Ordered on their app, they stated a $10 discount to do so, but it's not true, but i ordered anyway. The app says the pick-up would be ready in 10 mins, 15 mins later parked outside I called to check if it were ready and it wasn't, I was told it would be another 15 mins. I head into the store 15 mins later, they said it would be ready in 7 mins. 15 mins later they ask which order is mine, tell me it will be another 7 mins. Rinse and repeat 15 mins later. I ask to cancel the order, they tell me their manager will arrange the refund when he comes in 2 hours later... you've lost my order 4 times, I have zero confidence that a refund will be forthcoming in 2 hours time. They argued with me about it, I requested they call the manager now. Still took another 15 mins to get any resolution.
Standing and watching the front of house and kitchen processes for such a long time uncovers problems at every step of the way.
Whilst I'm clearly frustrated (as were most of the other people waiting around who also had issues...), it's important to point out that the staff were run off their feet, they were trying but couldn't cope. The issue here is leadership, it's clearly lacking.
They are on too many apps without a sufficient way to turns the online orders into an order for the kitchen. Orders are placed haphazardly on a counter- there's no weights or system to secure them or keep them in the same order as they came in. Bits of paper, which are orders, are everywhere. The front of house and kitchen do not communicate clearly with each other. I'd go so far as to say that they likely don't respect each other which exacerbates the communication issues. Processes aren't clear enough for front of staff and kitchen staff to follow- they seemed to not know how to arrange who gets drinks and desserts for orders. How can staff not be able to deal...

First time trying Farina Pizza tonight in Waitara.
Ordered a Supreme pizza at 5:41pm. (Thought maybe I could try and beat the Saturday night rush by ordering somewhat early)
Lady on the phone said 30-35mins for delivery to my house (which is approx 4km drive). I waited. At 6:41pm (1hour after ordering) I called to enquire where my pizza was, lady on the phone sounded like she spoke to her manager in the background and she said it was leaving now and expect it in 10mins. Thatâs ok, they are obviously busy on a Saturday night.
At 7:21pm (1hour 40mins after ordering), I called them again as no pizza had shown up despite them saying it had gone out the door of the shop 30mins ago.
Pizza finally arrives at 7:43pm.
2hours and 2 mins for delivery 4km from my house.
Seriously get it together. This is no way to run a business.
I get that it is busy on a Saturday night. Put more staff on.
What I donât get is the constant lying about when a pizza should be delivered. In this day and age customer service is king and you have more than dropped the ball.
If they had just said at the start that it would be 1.5-2hours till it was delivered I would have gone elsewhere as I was hungry when i ordered.
I would have then given you another go at a later date, probably with a pickup pizza.
You have lost multiple customers tonight all because of lying and failing to understand customer service.
$22 for a medium sized pizza + $5 delivery charge. Premium prices for...
Read morePerfect Pork Ribs? They should almost fall off the bone, they should be meaty, juicy, slightly charred, sticky, and lighlty coated in a fantastic combination of BBQ and honey. This winning combination is what Perfect Pork Ribs should be made of.
What we saw when we ordered ribs from this establishment yesterday was some pork ribs that had only been boiled and then drenched in some heavily, over sweet, dark brown liquid that tasted like cheap watered-down, store bought BBQ sauce. What made it worse is the meal came with chips which had been swimming in this awful liquid throughout its journey from this establishment to our front door. So, naturally by the time it got to us, they were soggy and floating in this dark, brown mess. After one small taste, we ended up throwing it in the bin, along with the $35 we paid for it and ended up making toasted three-cheese sandwiches at home, which were easy and delicious.
This is the first time we have tried this establishment and it is probably the last time too. I encourage the owners (who probably cough up a lot of money each week since food businesses are expensive to run) to sit down with their staff and taste the food you offer to your customers. Be open and genuinely honest in criticing your dinner experience, both on the flavour and how it is presented to you. At the end of that experiment, if you think that there is absolutley nothing wrong wth your foods taste and/or presentation, then you deserve every negative review that is coming to...
