Always try and give this place a one last chance but I think today was one to many.
When I placed my order the guy distracted by something (phone I think) then left it which is fine enough, read out what I wanted and repeated it.
When the order came out I was a bit confused cause it was covered in prawns. So I quizzed the staff member who again looked distracted.
He said this is what I asked for, there is 0 chance of this because my partner ordered a meat dish and I am allergic to seafood. All the while talking to me with attitude like I was wrong.
Then I asked them to remake it and 10 minutes later it still wasn't ready. I went and checked on the delay and they said I didn't ask them for it.
So then since my partner was done I asked for a refund or a half refund and they said we'll remake your food, I asked for the refund again and they refused.
The service is bad and they are just rude in general, when the food finally did come out it was 75% noodles and low quality.
I've had a minimum of three issues with this place and won't go back, will stick to the Kitchen or not eat at the club.
It would be good if there members vs visitors prices were clear in both the Kitchen and Lucky Cuisine cause the prices did come out lower for being a member but it was unclear as to why or how much it was going to be.
On payment as well I passed the guy club cash which I told him was $30 and he processed my EFTPOS as $39 which was the price of the meal, he then said pay please, even though I had clearly already submitted some payment, then I just gave up on the stand off and said I already gave you club cash, he said oh yes $25, then proceeded to put $14 on the Eftpos. I said no I gave you $25 then he challenged me again, like I didn't know exactly what I had.
So yeh just never...

Whenever I come back to Oz, I have to quell my Western Chinese craving and what’s better than a nearby club to facilitate this need! I’ve been twice in 2 weeks since I’ve been back
Their ultimate dish, and my favourite, is the Mongolian lamb. A decent-sized portion that’ll take 2 to finish, which utilises the velvetising method to ensure tender tasty meat.
We usually round things out with either honey king prawns, sweet and sour pork, or beef in black bean sauce. Of course there’s always fried rice on the size to soak up those sensational sauces.
Despite the hard-working kitchen there can sometimes be a wait if you choose a Friday, Saturday or Sunday when it’s exceedingly busy. Of course, if you happen to come on a week night you might have the places to yourself.
Service is super, staff are friendly, and food is hot and fresh. Will visit again and...
Read moreI went to Magpie three months ago and waited for 1.5 hrs for my meal and I was the last one receiving the meal. I went back to restaurant again three months later and the food was still slow and wait for 30 mins. Improving a bit the time. I wait for 30 minutes in the queue to order steak and the cashier was rude and told me was not her fault. I was disappointed on her attitude. The restaurant offer order online service but was not available on Thursday night . Don't see the point to have online order service and not use it. Wasting customers time standing in the queue. Food was...
