Mount Martha beach is a gorgeous destination on the Mornington Peninsula. I’ve been staying in Mount Martha and coming to this beach since I was a child and it’s just as beautiful as always. The area has changed so much - it’s a little unbelievable at times seeing how much change the area has gone through! Long gone are the days where the streets were lined with beautiful pine trees and the old milk bar was the local go too. Some of the changes it’s gone through are great but I do miss that old school beach vibe. But putting that aside the real draw card to the area is the beach and it’s hasn’t really changed that much. It’s relatively small and lined with colourful beach boxes which have always been there. Iconic to Victorian beaches! it’s a picturesque place to setup an umbrella and stay for the day/evening. The shops are close by and there’s plenty of parking so you’re really set for everything you need. The water is devine and sand bars are a common thing so you’ll find yourself wading out into the water a lot. The area and beach are suited to anyone wanting a beautiful beach to visit and whether you’re staying for the day or a week you’ll love...

Mount Martha Beach is an absolute gem! The soft, golden sand feels incredible underfoot, perfect for a relaxing day by the water. But the real highlight is the stunning view of the sunset – it’s simply breathtaking. Watching the sun dip below the horizon, painting the sky with shades of orange, pink, and purple, is a sight you won’t forget.

The beach is also well-maintained and peaceful, making it ideal for families or anyone looking for a quiet retreat. Whether you’re taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline or enjoying a picnic with loved ones, this beach offers a serene escape with some of the best sunset views around. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the...

Worth going if your within a 50km radius. Fine sand, crystal clear waters, amazing views. It really resembles the image of a proper tropical Australian beach. However parking is a nightmare, food is limited to preference and the beach is full (and i mean like the year's day in the city full). THIS INFO IS IN REFERENCE TO A BEAUTIFUL...

Would have to be one the best parts of mount Martha beach to swim and really rate it as one the best on the bay. Offers great sand banks and swallow water for kids , crystal clear water great rock pools and snorkelling on the end. Parking is good and there is also an excellent coffee shop above.
