The Rasoi Tandoori Indian Kitchen - Mt Martha — Restaurant in Melbourne

What an absolute disaster. DO NOT ever order from here!! Order via Menulog at 6pm. ETA 7:15 to 7:30. Ok kinda of slow but i could deal with that. 7:45 rolls around and still no word from the restaurant about my order. So i message saying i want a refund, they refuse and change my order time to 7:55. 8:15 rolls around and i call them, got the absolute rudest person on the phone, so i ask for my money back or at least an ETA on the food. He calls his delivery driver and says 5 minutes. I say i dont even want it any more and ask for a refund and he can keep his late, probably cold, food. He says he cant refund and i have to go thru menulog! But my food will still be delivered??? 8:30pm rolls around, still no food at all. No money, no food and absolute radio silence from the restaurant AND menulog. Actual scam artists. By far my worst experience with any restaurant ever. And it's not even close.

EDIT: So when i called and asked for a refund, they said that i had to go through menulog for one, but as it turns out, they straight up lied! I spoke to a menulog representative and they said as the restaurant preps their own food and delivers their own that they'd have to get confirmation from the restaurant to give me a refund. So it's a legitimate scam. And they knew it. So here's hoping someone else reads this and doesn't get...

Been going to this restaurant for years as its walking distance from our home and food and service was excellent. Lately we have not a big change . Went to dine in on Tuesday night and we were turned away as they were under staff. Went back again tonight with 5 other friends and once again service was not up to scratch.The young girl on the floor was very in experienced , actually felt so sorry for her. We waited a very long time for our meals to arrive. When we went to pay we were over charged. Just feel this place is going under as it's lost its charm and definitely lost it customer service. It's very disappointing as it's been amazing restaurant and very rarely been disappointed with the food and the service over the years but lately it's been very disappointing. Mangament needs to correct this ongoing issue otherwise your regular customer...

Ordered for pick up from mount martha. After the order was sent and paid for I was called and told the order had been diverted to Mornington (an extra 15 minute drive). Once I picked up the order and got home I realised I was missing two items I ordered. Called to get a refund for the missing items and was told just to mention it next time for a discount? I said I would just like a refund for the things I paid for and did not receive and they said they would call me back after they spoke to “the boss”. Never received the refund for missing items or a call back. We are also all sick from the food today. Not happy at all and would still very much appreciate my refund for the food I paid for and...
