It’s a nice park with a variety of interesting spots for different activities. There are paved walking trails, open grass fields, easy access to the river etc. Watch out for bull ants though. If you’re a photographer you can get a variety of landscapes, either of the river or the fields nearby. For bird photography, you’re better off going down to the wetlands on the Ray Marshall Park side. I’ve always found plenty of parking spaces in the car park.
