Hi KCKN CHKN! I'm a huge fan of your amazing deep-fried chicken and I've been a regular at your drive-through for quite some time now. I always order 2 tenders, no sauce and I'm sure all your staff know me, they are great!

Firstly, I want to express that 20% of the time, your chicken is absolutely phenomenal! It's incredibly tender, moist, and it simply melts in my mouth. The freshness and deliciousness are unbeatable.

Around 60% of the time, the chicken falls somewhere in the middle. It's still above average, but it doesn't quite hit that spot of perfection like the other 20%.

However, there have been occasions when the chicken is a bit dry, and it gives the impression that it might have been from the previous day's batch, sitting at the bottom of the tray for too long.

I must admit that I've never run a chicken business myself, so I can only imagine the challenges you face. But I can't help but wonder if there's a way to consistently achieve that 10/10 level of moistness that I've experienced during the best times.

Please know that my intention is not to criticize, but rather to provide feedback as a devoted fan, and when I drive past and think hmmm am I going to get the good stuff or the bad stuff, I won't even need to consider this thought again.

I also want to see if you can start adding dietary information to your menu. how many calories is this burger gonna cost me ya know!?

I genuinely love your chicken, and I believe that with a slight improvement in consistency, you could truly achieve chicken perfection every single time. Keep up the great work and I await...

I gotta be honest went there for the first time today so for a first time it wasn't too great. Entering the restaurant the music was blaring loud which made it hard to here the girl who we were ordering from. To be granted despite the expected line up getting the food was quick once we ordered. Onto the food however i ordered the buffalo chicken burger box with the comeback sauce, the chicken nuggets were alright but really dry nothing to scoff about, the chips were delicious but they are chips you can't do wrong with chips. The sauce was well for what seemed to be the signature? Sauce wasn't great either. The burger was the most dissapointing out of the whole meal the buffalo sauce was so overpowering it just overpowered the other sauce that paired with it the chicken same as the nuggets was dry and meh and the wombok? Couldn't even taste it cause of the sauce. The bun was also disgusting. My Mum had the spicy korean burger and had the same issues as me with the sauce being way to overpowering and not enough wombok. The pricing aswell was too expensive i know i can get alot more from kfc for much less and much nicer too, and i understand its a small business but still was quite expensive. Maybe i came into the restaurant with high hopes due to the great reviews on here but i left feeling disappointment and knowing the food could be so much better. Amazing service from the start, when greatest at the order box the gentleman was very welcoming and went through the list of choices when we chose the Family dinner menu. As the meal came with 2 dipping sauces he asked us if we wanted spicy or non and gave us a list to choose from and that they were made in store. Also when it came to choose the drinks we were given a variety of teas to choose from and he even explained these in detail even to the point of where the lemons came from. He also gave recommendations off the menu of things to try and went into detail about the ingredients. When greeted at the window it was the guy from the speaker with such a big smile and friendly face, he asked how our day had been and where we were travelling, also gave us some cardboard boats for us to serve everyone their meal in the car and as a family of 5 this made things so much easier. The order was given to us so quickly! We then parked in the car park where we shared our meal around the car and everyone was so delighted with their meal and said it was such a great service and delicious food we decided to walk in store and get another bundle to take home.
